The Position: Mechanical Assembler & Shop Floater

Brief Job Summary: 

To grow on this tradition, Ross Reels is seeking a highly qualified and skilled Mechanical Assembler for a full time position to be filled at the its newly renovated factory in Montrose, CO.  As a member of the production and operations team, this individual must have the ability to safely and efficiently assemble high-quality parts into finished products.

  • - Mechanically inclined
  • - Self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment
  • - Coachable


  • - Responsible for inspecting, cleaning, and packing individual components and finished goods
  • - Assist in parts preparation
  • - Assist in order preparation
  • - Will be assigned general shop/production tasks as needed which may included assisting in handwork and inventory control
