Lifetime Product Warranty
Ross Reels products are unconditionally guaranteed against manufacturer's defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. This warranty only applies to the original owner and is not transferable. If your Ross USA product should need attention, please return it to the Ross Reels, One Ponderosa Ct., Montrose, CO 81401. A Product Service Form must be included with the shipment, or the warranty return will be refused and sent back to the customer. The Product Service Form can be found on the Ross Reels website and must be filled out in its entirety. All shipments to Ross Reels must be freight paid. We will promptly attend to your product and return ship no more than two days after receiving it. We guarantee it!

Fly Reel Capacities
All capacity numbers are in yards. Line capacities are based on floating fly lines and #20 backing. Capacities will vary according to specific lengths and diameters of different manufacturers' lines. Capacities will be reduced by approximately 20% if using #30 backing instead of #20 backing.
