A: Ross takes the current shipping rates directly from either UPS® or FedEX®. In stock products normally ship within 48-hours, excluding weekends. All orders ship FOB Montrose, CO USA, which means you own it when the package(s) ship from our facility. Ross takes no responsibility for any lost or stolen packages. If you would like additional insurance on your package, please CONTACT US. We offer competitive rates through UPS® for Declared Value of Carriage.

A: Refunds are normally processed through the credit card company directly, so you should see any refunds on your next credit card bill. You can also exchange or credit orders directly through Ross.
