I battled this monster with a Sage 7wt XP and your Canyon Big Game 4. At one point I was sure that if I put any more pressure on the fish the rod would explode. The BG4 was a champ! After that last fish we are going to add a slightly larger rod to my collection - you bet it will be a Ross reel that goes with it! Thanks to the folks at Ross for all the fun.
